Michéle joins us with a background as a solutions-oriented and team-focused IT Programme and Portfolio Manager. She brings her transferable knowledge and expertise in influencing the delivery of strategic improvement programme initiatives, through assimilating the business environment, mapping that to a picture of what effective change management can provide, motivating teams and delivering a series of roadmaps that facilitates a vision while maximising business benefit.
After acting in a role as a cult leader in 'Johnny and Jenny Take a Shortcut' (2025), Michéle decided she wanted to explore production and has joined Scriptworks with a view to assisting in all areas of production delivery. She's also not averse to stepping in front of the camera if it's needed!
